Der Decider Strikes Again

As Newsweek is reporting. It seems that Bush didn't have to do an official pardon of Cheney, Rove, Meirs and all his henchmen after all. He gave them a Carte Blance (this is a French legal document that amounts to a get out of jail free card). Before leaving office he had letters written up exempting them based on executive privilege from having to accept any subpoena concerning their duties while he was the President. Rove has already flashed his and is refusing to appear and testify before congress.
A stalling tactic, time is their ally. Wait for the courts to finally getting around to declaring this an unconstitutional abuse of power, which is iffy since Bushco appointed most of the judges now in Federal courts. By that time there's so much water under the bridge no one will want to bring this stuff up.
Do you hear their laughter. Con men getting away with torture and murder and stealing this country blind.
My solution. Arrest them and send them to the Hague as war criminals. Maybe our judicial system has been successfully gamed by them, but not international law.
