I know the polls haven't closed yet, but by now the outcome is fairly certain. The counting begins, the crying starts and a new day dawns. Batten down the hatches.
IMHO The sun is setting. The underworld has come into the light. We will not be entering an era of enlightenment. We are going back to the middle ages.
This outcome should not have surprised any one. The pedal will now be put to the metal for the race to the bottom.
