I have two short stories up at Smashwords.com and I've priced them at 0.00. The titles are Car Hop and Super Erotic Bowl. At Amazon and B&N I had to price them at .99.
Smashwords let's you choose which format to download or no format at all. No need for an app from Amazon, B&N, Sony or other readers.
